Forming processes are economical manufacturing methods for the production of metal components. At micro scale an application of metal forming processes is strongly depending on the characteristic parameters and their mutual interactions, affecting thereby the forming result. An identification and quantification of these interactions effects enables a well directed manipulation of the process in order to improve the formability and process stability.
